Q. Are we allowed to bring our own chairs and blankets?
A. The Vibrant Vine Winery has lawn furniture for you to use. You do not need to bring your own chair or blanket.

Q. Can I book in advance for Vibes at the Vine? 
A. No. Entrance to Vibes at the Vine is first-come-first-served

Q. Are children allowed at the winery?
A. Yes, children are welcome at the winery but must be supervised at all times

Q. Are we allowed to bring our dog?
A. Unfortunately dogs/pets are not permitted on the lawn

Q. Do you have beverages besides wine?
A. Yes, we stock local beer and soft drinks in additional to our wine

Q. Can we bring our own food and beverages?
A. All food & beverages must be purchased through the Vibrant Vine. BYO picnics are not permitted

Q. Will the event still go ahead if the weather is bad?
A. The Vibrant Vine will moved the event indoors if possible. Our indoors spaces are subject to availability and COVID-19 capacity restrictions 

Q. Do I receive a physical ticket for a ticketed event?
A. No, we will have a guest list on the day with your name on it. You should receive an order receipt via email for your reference. 

Q. Can I book in for a tasting prior to the show?
A. To make a reservation for a tasting during winery hours, please email wineshop@thevibrantvine.com 

Q. What happens if a ticketed event is cancelled because of COVID-19?
A. If the Vibrant Vine needs to cancel an event because of COVID-19 customers will receive a refund for the tickets they have purchased.
