The Commitment

By joining, I commit to a minimum of one year of commitment cases. Membership continues until cancelled via email before the charge date, or I will be charged and sent a mixed case. Cases taken at sign-up count as the first commitment case. I will receive a minimum of 1 week’s notice before Commitment Months begin and 2 weeks’ notice before the charge date. Skipping charge day is not allowed but alternate shipping dates can be arranged. Free shipping applies to BC & AB (Exceptions for rural areas). An *Early Cancellation Fee* may apply. Discounts are offered on select events. Members will receive The Vibrant Vine and Wine Club Newsletters.

*Early Cancellation Fee: In the event of failure to fulfill the minimum case commitment outlined in your contract, a cancellation fee of $75 per case will be charged. This fee is applicable for each case not purchased in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.
