Q. Do I need to book a tasting?
A. We always accept walk-ins. To avoid any wait time, we do recommend making a booking.

Q. How long is a tasting?
A. Tastings vary from 15-30 minutes depending on group size. We recommend giving yourself extra time to enjoy the art walk.

Q. Can I bring my kids to the winery?
A. Kids are more than welcome in the winery, but must always be accompanied by an adult.

Q. Can kids attend Concerts and Vibes?
A.  Everyone is free to attend our Vibes at the Vine.
Kids over 12 are welcome to attend concerts with a ticket.
Anyone under 19 must be accompanied by an adult.

Q. Can I take photos of the art?
A. Please do! We love to see the photos other people share!

Q. Can I make a booking for Vibes at the Vine?
A. No, Vibes at The Vine is always first-come, first-served.

Q. What happens if there is bad weather during a concert?
A. We will do our best to relocate any outdoor concerts inside based on availability and capacity limits.

Q. What happens if you cancel a show?
A. If the Artist or Winery decides to cancel the show, you will receive a full refund for the tickets purchased.

Q. Can I bring my own food?
A. No outside food or drink is allowed on our Main Lawn. We have food and beverages available for purchase.

Q. What do I need for ID?
A. If you are asked to provide ID, you will need to show:

An official government-issued primary ID (including foreign government-issued) with name, picture and birth date;
A secondary ID that includes name and signature or picture, such as a credit card or student ID
If a server has any doubt about an ID, they may refuse service.

Q. Are you wheelchair accessible?
A. There are limited spaces that are wheelchair accessible: the Wine Shop, Tasting Room, and Jacko’s Lounge. The Lakeview & Terrace room is not accessible by wheelchair.

Q. Are we allowed to bring our own chairs and blankets?
A. The Vibrant Vine Winery has lawn furniture for you to use, but you can bring your own if preferred.

Q. Is your wine gluten-free?
A. We can guarantee our White Wines are gluten-free, but can not guarantee there is no cross-contamination in the Red Wines due to barrel aging.

Q. Is there somewhere to put my bike?
A. Yes, we have bike parking up by the main entrance.

Q. Do you ship to Quebec?
A. Unfortunately, we can not ship to Quebec.

Q. Do you accept concert Walk-ins?
A. We welcome walk ins as long as the show is not sold out!

Q. Do you offer drinks other than wine?
A. In our Snack Shack, we offer local beer, wine and plenty of non-alcoholic options

Q. Are you pet-friendly?
A. Unfortunately, we are not pet-friendly. Pets are allowed on our covered patio right outside the front doors. Pets are not permitted inside the shop. Ticketholders may bring their dog onto the main lawn for a Vibes Show or concert  – but the pet must be inside of a carrier.
